BEGINNER:New or newer to exercising and heartbutt exercises. 6-10 reps/ 1-3 sets/ 2-4 days
INTERMEDIATE: Currently exercising. 8-12 reps/ 3-6 sets 3-5 days
ADVANCED:Consistently exercising, familiar with heartbutt, always uses good form. Recommend to add resistance bands for increased intensity. 8-12 reps/ 6-9 sets 4-6 days
