I bought this portable multi tool with multi plier mainly to keep in the car as an emergency toolkit. This multi tool is quite small and good quality, the item comes in a nice presenting box you can easily wrap this up as a gift. The tool actually has a small micro USB for charging the LED flip out light. I already owned a Leatherman wingman multi tool and I am comparing this one to that, I know this is not a fair comparison but just so you understand this multi tool cost half the Leatherman. This multi tool comes with LED light, carry pouch that can easily attach to your belt and carry with you on a job. The carry pouch is very good quality they use metal button flip out instead of Velcro. The Leatherman cost doubles this and don’t even come with any carry pouch.

This multi-tool includes: Flat nose pliers, Regular Pliers, Wire Cutter, Sharp Knife, Phillips screwdriver, Slotted screwdriver header, Slotted screwdriver, Large slotted screwdriver, Bottle opener, Can opener, Slotted screwdriver header, Fish scaler, Hook remover, 2 inch Ruler, Saw, Wood or Metal file, LED light and a Sheath.

Pro: Very good tool, use hex screws all over, the plier works very well and come with a handy LED light.
Con: Tools are not stainless steel, sometimes when pulling one tool out the other will follow to pull out at the same time. The coil spring to open the plier looks weak.

All in all, this is a great multi tool, way cheaper than the Leatherman and come with a good quality belt carry pouch. I would definitely recommend this multi tool.
